SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Frankie's Funkos, we understand that prompt and safe delivery of your order is important to you. Our goal is to ship your items as soon as possible and ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Please take note of the following regarding our shipping policies:

    

1. All items will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

    2. Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt. (UNLESS THE ITEM IS PRE-ORDER)

    3. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

    4. Tracking is included in all shipments, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

    5. Insurance is available for an additional cost of $1.50 per $100 of the purchase price.

    6. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We WILL certainly replace your item if you receive the wrong item.
